    1. The 12 kV pole‑mounted SF₆ circuit‑breaker has a rated current / short‑circuit breaking current of 630A‑20kA, adopting an electric spring operating mechanism with DC24V operating voltage. Insulation resistance to earth is greater than 1000 MΩ.
    2. The circuit‑breaker tank is made of 3 mm‑304 stainless steel with protection class IP67. It is equipped with visible‑type disconnector, obvious opening‑closing position indicator. The indicator and operating mechanism can be reliably linked and operated. It shall adopt 12 mm stainless steel lifting lugs, with grounding terminals equipped with grounding signs. No long‑term storage shall cause water condensation inside the tank. The equipment is equipped with lifting rings for hoisting. When using the lifting rings for equipment hoisting, keep the lifting hook free from friction against any components, to avoid scratching the surface coating of the breaker body during hoisting. The lifting rings are made of 304 stainless steel, with wind‑resistant and corrosion‑resistant performance. The internal components shall keep clear, and the cabinet contents shall comply with relevant national standard requirements.
    3. The breaker is equipped with three‑phase current transformers and zero‑sequence current transformers; current transformer ratios: protection CT 600/1A; zero‑sequence CT 20/1A. Accuracy classes: protection class 0.5 for measurement; protection class 5P10. For one‑phase input 1A rated current: measurement error ≤ 3%; when primary current is 100A, table error ≤‑10%. Zero‑sequence CT accuracy class 3P.Matching requirements: phase current ≥ 1A (600/1TA), ≥2.5VA (600A/5A); zero‑sequence ≥0.5VA. Meets matching requirements (cable length 12 m, matched with FTU and line‑monitoring terminals), with metering calculation and fixed‑value setting functions.
    4. The acquisition and control unit adopts box‑type structure with spring latches. The breaker is internally fitted with 1‑set current transformers, providing Ia, Ib, Ic, I0 current signals; 1‑set zero‑sequence voltage sensor is also built‑in. Aviation plugs, wiring ports and wiring terminals adopt fully‑enclosed waterproof structures. Cable terminals shall be treated with insulating materials.
