Normal Working and Installation Conditions

Assuming the equipment operates normally, the following is a detailed description of the working and installation conditions:

Ambient Temperature: The operating ambient temperature of the equipment should be maintained below +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. Excessively high or low temperatures may affect the performance and lifespan of the equipment; therefore, seasonal changes and climatic conditions should be fully considered when selecting the installation location.

Altitude: The altitude of the installation site must not exceed 2000 meters. The thin air at high altitudes may affect the equipment's heat dissipation and electrical performance; therefore, special care must be taken when using the equipment in high-altitude areas.

Humidity: At a maximum temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20°C. Since temperature changes may cause condensation, appropriate moisture-proof measures should be taken during design and installation to prevent moisture damage to the equipment.

The pollution level of the surrounding environment is level 3.

The switch should be installed in a place without significant shaking, impact vibration, and no rain or snow invasion. At the same time, the installation location should be free of explosive hazardous media, and there should be no gases or substances in the media that can corrode metals and damage insulation dust.

The acceleration mechanism of the spring energy storage instantaneous release realizes quick connection or disconnection, independent of the speed of the operating handle, greatly improving the ability to extinguish the arc. The shell made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin has good flame retardant performance, dielectric performance, carbonization resistance, and impact resistance. The parallel double break point contacts have self-cleaning function, and all contacts have two separate contact surfaces. The isolation distance is large, and when in the "0" position, the handle can be locked to avoid accidental operation. There are two design options for the upper cover with a current level of 160A-630A.
