The DGLR series products are mainly used for AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to AC690V, and agreed heating current up to 1250A. They are used in distribution aircuits and motor circuits with high short-circuit current, ensuring the connection and disconnection of circuits with load, and have reliable safety breaking protection for overcurrent or short circuit.
This switch complies withGB/T14048.3 and IEC60947-3 standards.

Meaning of Product Model

Normal Working and Installation Conditions

1.The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40℃ and not be lower than -5℃

2.The altitude of the installation sile shall not exceed 2000m.

3.Humidity: When the maximum temperature is+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.

4.The poilution level of the surrounding environment is level 3.

5.The switch should be installed in a place witthout signilicant shaking, impact vibration, and invasion of rain and snow. At the same time, the installation location should be free of explosive hazardous media, and there should be no gas or dust in the media that can corrode metals and damage insulation.

Structure Characteristics

1.The acceleration mechanism with instantaneous release of spring energy storage achieves fast connection or disconnection, independent of the speed of the operating handle, and improves the ability to extinguish arcs.

2.The shell made of unsaturated polyester glass fiber reinforced plastio (DMC) has good flame retardancy, dielectric properties, and operational safety.

3.Parallel multi break contact has self-cleaning function and reliable overcurrent and short-circuit safety protection function.

4.Can ensure that the circuit is connected or disconnected with load.

5.Replacing the melt is safe, convenient, and fast.

Installation Precautions

The contact parametors of the switch have been set by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted freely during use.
During the connection process between the busbar and the product, it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the busbar holes is consistent with the product wiring holes to avoid product damage caused by external forces.

Ordering Notice

Customers are required to indicate the product name, model, rated current, number of poles, and quantity. For example, DGLR-400/3C11, equippedwith 315A fuses, quantity of 10 units.
