General Description

DH1(VS1)‑24 series handcart‑type indoor vacuum circuit breaker is indoor high‑voltage switchgear with rated voltage 24 kV and rated frequency 50 Hz. It serves as control and protection switch for power transmission and distribution systems in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises. It is especially suitable for interrupting important loads and frequent‑operation applications in high‑altitude areas.

The circuit breaker is manufactured in compliance with Chinese national standards GB/T1984‑2003 High‑voltage Alternating‑current Circuit‑breakers, DL/T403‑2000 Ordering Technical Conditions for 3.6‑40.5 kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breakers, as well as relevant IEC standards, and is equipped with reliable interlock functions.

Its operating mechanism is spring‑energy‑stored type, which can be charged by AC or DC power supply, and can also be manually operated.

The circuit breaker can also be fitted with long‑life permanent‑magnet operating mechanism, with mechanical endurance up to 20 000 operations for extremely frequent‑duty applications. The circuit breaker adopts front‑rear split assembly structure. It can be used as a fixed‑mounted unit, or assembled with chassis truck as a mid‑mounted unit.

• Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 °C, lower limit ‑15 °C
• Altitude: ≤1000 m (For higher‑altitude application, the rated insulation level shall be increased accordingly)
• Seismic intensity: not exceeding Grade 8
• Relative air humidity: daily average value ≤95 %, monthly average value ≤90 %
• Places free of fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
