HA (QA) Series Manual Load Break Isolation Switch 3P 4P AC400V Pure Copper Contact Disconnector Switch For LV
Meaning of Product Model

Normal Working and Installation Conditions
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ and not be lower than -5℃.
The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
Humidity: When the maximum temperature is+40℃ , the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching90% at 20℃. Due to temperature changes special measures should be taken to treat occasional condensation.
The pollution level of the surrounding environment is level 3.
The switch should be installed in a place without significant shaking, impact vibration, and invasion of rain and snow. At the same time, the installation location should be free of explosive hazardous media, and there should be no gas or dust in the media that can corrode metals and damage insulation
Structure Characteristics
The switch adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure stable operation reliability and performance improvement; Featuring a unique rolling insertion contact system. Each phase has two sets of contact systems with this dual break point, the contact system. The current is passed through several rollers separately, resulting in a significant reduction in the electric reaction force on each roller. During the movement, the contact between the roller and the static contact has both rolling and sliding friction. This can effectively avoid welding. The operating mechanism has energy storage springs, so the movement speed of the moving contact group is independent of the magnitude of the operating force and the operating speed.
The actuator consists of a panel mounted handle and a hand the driving coupling, extension shaft, shaft coupling, and driving shaft are composed of a handle meshing driving coupling.the operating handle is installed on the switchgear door. When the cabinet door is closed, the handle fits with the operating rod of the switch. When the switch is in the closed position, the handle is interlocked with the cabinet door to prevent it from opening.
Structure Characteristics
In a complete control cabinet, the installation depth of switches can be flexibly adjusted according to the combined installation requirements of various electrical components. This flexibility allows for better design and layout of electrical systems to meet the requirements of specific applications and ensure coordination and cooperation between various components.
When the length of the drive shaft is insufficient to meet installation requirements, the use of extension shafts and shaft connections becomes particularly important. These components not only effectively extend the length of the drive shaft but also provide a considerable range of motion, making switch operation more convenient and efficient. By properly configuring extension shafts and shaft connections, normal operation of the switch at different installation depths can be ensured, avoiding operational inconvenience caused by space limitations.
Considering equipment maintenance and repair, an appropriate installation depth can also help improve operator efficiency. A suitable depth ensures easy access to operating handles and other control devices, thereby reducing operational complexity and potential safety hazards.
The installation depth of switches within the control cabinet should be comprehensively considered based on the specific electrical component combination requirements to ensure the overall system performance, ease of operation, and safety. By flexibly utilizing extension shafts and shaft connections, more efficient space utilization and more reliable equipment operation can be achieved.

Installation Precautions
1.The contact parameters of the switch have been set by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted freely during use.
2.During the connection process between the busbar and the product, it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the busbar holes is consistent with the product wiring holes to avoid product damage caused by external forces.
Ordering Notice
When ordering switches, customers should pay special attention to the following key factors to ensure that the ordered products meet their specific needs and application scenarios:
Product Model Number: Customers must specify the required product model number when placing an order. Different switch models may have significant differences in performance, function, and applicable scenarios; therefore, accurate model number information is crucial to ensuring product compatibility and effectiveness.
Rated Heating Current: Customers must provide the required rated heating current. This parameter directly affects the selection of the switch, as different current ratings correspond to different switch designs and materials, ensuring the switch can operate safely and stably in actual use.
Number of Poles: When ordering, customers also need to specify the required number of poles. The number of poles of a switch determines its application in a circuit. Common pole numbers include single-pole, double-pole, and triple-pole.
