Meaning of Product Model

Normal Operating and Installation Conditions

1. The ambient airtemperature shall not exceed +45℃and shall not be lower than -30℃.

2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

3. Humidity: When the maximum temperature is +45℃,the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%.Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, e.g., up to 90% at 25℃, Special measures shall be taken against condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes.

4. The pollution degree of the surrounding environment shall be Class3.

5. The switchshall be installed in alocation free from significant shaking, impact, vibration, and exposure to rain or snow. Meanwhile, the installation site shall be free from explosive hazardous media, and the media shall not contain gases or dust that are sufficient to corrode metals or damage insulation.

Structural Features

This series of products is derived and developed by our company based on the HD11 series, It serves as an ideal alternative to the HD11 series, significantly enhancing personal safety protection performance and preventing accidental electric shock. For products with a rated current below 100A, a tunnel-type wiring method is adopted.

Note: For products with a rated current above 400A, the base plate material can be provided as resin plate, rubber plate, epoxy plate, etc., according to customer requirements; non-standard customized products (based on special agreements) can also be supplied to meet customer needs.

Installation Precautions

1. The contact parameters of the switch have been set by the manufacturer and must not be adjusted arbitrarily during use.

2. Duringthe connection process between the busbar (cable) and the product,it is essential to ensure that the hole spacing of the busbar matches the wiring holes of the product to prevent product damage caused by external forces.

Environmental Protection

To protect the environment, when this product or its components reach the end of their service life(for scrapping), they shall be properly disposed of as industrial waste; alternatively, they may be handed over to a recycling and disposal station, which will conduct classified disassembly, recycling,  and reuse in accordance with relevant national regulations.

1. The base plate materials of this productinclude resin plates and rubber plates, If customers have specialrequirements, they must specify the requirements for the base plate material.

2. If the installation and overall dimensions provided by our company are inconsistent with the customer'srequirements, the product shall be regarded as a custom-made product. Customers must specify their specific requirements when placing an order.

3. Customers must indicate the product name, model,rated current, pole number, quantity, etc. For example:HD11G-200/381, Quantity:100 units
