    Normal Working and Installation Conditions

The ambient air temperature should not exceed+40℃ and should not be lower than -5℃.

The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

Humidity: When the maximum temperature is+40℃,the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at 20℃. Due to temperature changes Special measures should be taken to prevent occasional condensation.

Pollution Level: The pollution level of the surrounding environment should be Level 3. This means that there may be a certain degree of dust, dirt, or other pollutants in the environment, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, regular inspection and cleaning of the equipment is necessary to ensure its long-term stable operation.

Installation Environment: The switch should be installed in a location free from significant vibration, impact, and rain/snow. The installation location should avoid areas with explosive hazards and ensure that there are no gases or dust that corrode metals or damage insulation. Furthermore, it is recommended to consider ventilation and heat dissipation during installation to prevent overheating.

By following the above conditions, the safety and reliability of the equipment can be ensured in various environments, thereby extending its service life and improving work efficiency.

    Structure Characteristics

This switch employs a fully enclosed structure to ensure stable operation, reliability, and improved performance. Its unique rolling insertion contact system equips each phase with two sets of contact systems, forming a double-break contact system. Current is conducted through multiple rollers, significantly reducing the electrical reaction force on each roller. During operation, the contact between the rollers and the static contact points involves both rolling and sliding friction; this design effectively prevents welding phenomena.

The switch's operating mechanism incorporates an energy storage spring, ensuring that the movement speed of the moving contact assembly is independent of the magnitude and speed of the operating force. This design guarantees a consistent switch response speed under various operating conditions, thereby improving the overall performance and reliability of the equipment.

The operating device consists of a panel-mounted handle, a manual drive coupling, an extension shaft, a shaft connection, and a drive shaft, forming a highly efficient drive system. The operating handle is mounted on the switch cabinet door; when the door is closed, the handle engages tightly with the switch's operating lever. When the switch is in the closed position, an interlock is formed between the handle and the cabinet door, preventing the door from accidentally opening during operation, thus ensuring operational safety and reliability.

This structural design not only improves the operation performance of the switch, but also enhances its adaptability to various working environments, ensuring the stability and safety of the equipment during long-term use.

    Structure Characteristics

The depth of installation of switches in a complete set of cabinets can be considered according to the needs of the combination installation of various electrical components. The extension shaft and shaft coupling are only used when the drive shaft is not long enough, and have a considerable range of movement.

    Installation Precautions

When installing switches, it is crucial to follow these precautions to ensure the safety, reliability, and long-term stable operation of the equipment:

Fixed Contact Parameters: The contact parameters of the switch are preset by the manufacturer and should not be adjusted arbitrarily by the user. This is because the contact parameter settings are based on the equipment's design and performance requirements, and any improper adjustments may lead to equipment malfunction, overheating, or other safety hazards. Therefore, before installation and use, be sure to carefully read the product manual to ensure understanding and compliance with the contact parameters.

Precautions for Connecting Busbars to Products: When connecting busbars to switch products, it is crucial to ensure that the distance between the busbar holes matches the distance between the product wiring holes. This is extremely important, as mismatched hole spacing can lead to poor connections or even product damage due to external forces during the connection process. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct detailed measurements and confirmation before connection to ensure that all connection points are aligned and secure.

Environmental Adaptability: When installing switches, their adaptability to the surrounding environment must also be considered. For example, avoid installation in humid, dusty, or extreme temperature environments to prevent impact on switch performance. Furthermore, ensure the installation location is away from potential sources of mechanical vibration and electromagnetic interference to improve equipment stability.

Safety Precautions: During installation, it is imperative to take necessary safety precautions, such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure the safety of operators. Additionally, ensure that the power supply is disconnected before installation to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Regular Inspection and Maintenance: After installation, it is recommended to regularly inspect and maintain the switch and its connecting components to ensure their normal operation. Regular inspections can promptly identify potential problems and avoid downtime and losses due to equipment failure.

By following the installation precautions mentioned above, the safety and reliability of the switch can be effectively improved, ensuring its stable operation under various working conditions.
