VYF-12GD Three-position Combined Vacuum Circuit Breaker | 12kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker with Disconnector & Earthing Switch

Overview VYF-12GD three-position combined vacuum circuit breaker boasts superior electrical & mechanical characteristics and long service life. Equipped with solid-sealed poles, it offers great insulation reliability and environmental adaptability, achieving maintenance-free operation.

Suitable for 3.6~12kV power network, it acts as protection & control device for industrial plants and power grids, for frequent switching and short-circuit breaking. Full mechanical & electrical interlocks ensure safe operation. Modular frame integrates disconnector, solid-sealed VCB, earthing switch and sensors. Cabinet size 480×1000×1800mm. Rotary disconnector provides visible break point. Forced mechanical interlock prevents wrong operations. Modular mechanism can be replaced separately. Support manual or optional AC/DC stored-energy remote operation. Cabinet door interlock with earthing switch protects operators.

    It can be assembled in small fixed cabinets, ring main units (RMU) or box-type transformers.

    The main circuit of VYF-12GD series three-position combined vacuum circuit breaker adopts a longitudinal layout. The upper part is the disconnector, the middle part is the vacuum circuit breaker, and the lower part is the earthing switch. The operating mechanism is fitted for the circuit breaker, and the interlock mechanism is located at the front of the switch. This switch supports upside-down installation.
