ZW20‑12 Outdoor High‑voltage AC Sectionalizer Vacuum Circuit Breaker (commonly known as sectionalizing switch) is outdoor distribution equipment rated at 12 kV, 3‑phase AC 50 Hz. It consists of three major components: switch main body, FDR‑01 fault‑detection controller and voltage transformer. It adopts vacuum arc‑extinguishing with SF₆ gas as insulating medium, and is a premium pole‑mounted load switch.

Designed for pole‑mount application on 10 kV feeder lines. When a fault occurs on a T‑connected customer branch or within the customer’s facility, it may cause power outages for the main feeder and other adjacent users. Installing this user‑side sectionalizer at the T‑connection point (responsibility boundary point) is an ideal solution to avoid such cascading failures.

This sectionalizer is capable of making and breaking load current, overload current, short‑circuit current and zero‑sequence current in power systems. It provides overload, short‑circuit, instantaneous trip and earth‑fault protection. Optional multi‑shot auto‑reclosing, local remote control and remote communication functions are available.
