ZW32‑12 Outdoor High‑voltage AC Vacuum Circuit‑Breaker is outdoor distribution equipment with rated voltage 12 kV, three‑phase AC 50 Hz.

Designed for pole‑mounted installation, this device is mainly used to make and break load current, overload current and short‑circuit current in power systems, and provides overload, short‑circuit and instantaneous‑trip protection. Single‑side disconnector, double‑side disconnector or upper‑mounted disconnector can be optionally fitted.

Product Features

• Arc‑extinguishing by vacuum interrupter The vacuum interrupter maintains high‑vacuum inside, acting as insulation and arc‑extinguishing medium during live‑line operation. When contacts separate under load via operating mechanism, vacuum arc generates between contacts and extinguishes at current zero‑crossing to interrupt circuit current.
• Adopts air‑silicone rubber & epoxy resin composite insulation; sealed‑pole version is optional.
• Fully enclosed in stainless‑steel or carbon‑steel housing. Superior sealing performance delivers explosion‑proof, anti‑condensation and anti‑pollution performance.
• Two‑phase or three‑phase current transformers can be installed inside for protection, measurement or metering purposes.
• Triple‑ratio CT is standard: 50‑100‑150/5, 100‑200‑300/5, 200‑400‑600/5. Custom ratios are available according to customer load requirements. Protection accuracy class: 10P10; measurement & metering accuracy class: 0.2S, 0.2, 0.5.
• Dry‑type voltage transformer can be internally fitted to supply operating power and voltage sampling signals.
• Flexible design with reserved interface for distribution network automation for future function expansion.

To satisfy upgrade & function‑expansion demands for smart grid:  • Reclosing controller can be equipped for automatic reclosing function.  • Compatible with electronic PT. Battery is powered from CT secondary. Multiple energy‑storage & close‑open operations are available under power‑loss condition, and output working voltage for external devices.  • Built‑in metering CT/PT supports remote prepayment. Zero‑sequence CT for earth‑fault protection works with sectionalizer controller. Simple remote controller is optional for local remote operation at pole base as requested.

• Optional disconnector Reliable mechanical interlock between circuit‑breaker and single‑side / double‑side / upper‑mounted disconnector. Disconnector cannot be switched when circuit‑breaker is in closed position.
• Housing material: stainless steel or carbon steel. Surge controller (2‑phase /3‑phase depends on CT quantity) can be fitted to realize overload, short‑circuit and instantaneous‑trip protection. Current setting value and delay time are adjustable.
• Operating Mechanism CT spring mechanism supports both manual and motor‑driven operation.
