• Adopts vacuum interrupter for arc extinction The interior of vacuum interrupter is kept in high‑vacuum condition, serving as insulating and arc‑quenching medium during live operation. When contacts separate under load via operating mechanism, vacuum arc generates between contacts and extinguishes at current zero to interrupt circuit current.
• Adopts air‑silicone rubber & epoxy resin composite insulation; solid‑pole‑type version is also available.
• Fully enclosed in stainless‑steel or ordinary iron housing. Excellent sealing performance for explosion‑proof, anti‑condensation and anti‑pollution purposes.
• Two‑phase or three‑phase current transformers for protection, measurement or metering can be installed inside the breaker.
• CT ratios are normally available in three groups: 50‑100‑150/5, 100‑200‑300/5, 200‑400‑600/5. Custom ratios are available according to customer load requirements. Protection class: 10P10; measurement & metering class: 0.2S, 0.2, 0.5.
• Dry‑type voltage transformer can be mounted internally to supply operating power and voltage sampling signal.

To meet upgrading & expanding‑function demands for smart power grid, this breaker supports additional auto‑reclose controller for automatic reclosing function. Electronic PT can be equipped; battery can be charged from CT. Multiple energy‑storage & closing‑opening operations can be performed under loss‑of‑voltage condition, and power supply for external devices is available. Built‑in metering CT/PT supports remote prepaid function. Zero‑sequence CT can be added for earth‑fault protection with sectionalizer controller. Simple remote‑control unit is optional for on‑pole remote operation.

• Optional disconnector Reliable mechanical interlock between breaker and single‑side / double‑side / upper‑mounted disconnector. Disconnector cannot be switched on/off when main breaker is closed.
• Housing material: stainless steel or ordinary iron shell. Surge controller can be fitted (2‑phase or 3‑phase depends on CT quantity), providing overload, short‑circuit and instantaneous over‑current protection with adjustable current threshold and delay time.
