• Adopts vacuum interrupter for arc‑extinguishing The interior of vacuum interrupter maintains high‑vacuum condition, serving as insulating and arc‑quenching medium during live operation. When contacts separate under load via operating mechanism, vacuum arc generates between contacts and extinguishes at current zero‑crossing to interrupt circuit current.
• Composite insulation of air‑silicone rubber‑epoxy resin; high‑altitude version is available upon altitude requirements.
• Fully enclosed within stainless‑steel or mild‑steel housing, featuring excellent sealing performance for explosion‑proof, anti‑condensation and anti‑pollution purposes.
• Two‑phase or three‑phase CTs for protection, measurement or metering can be fitted inside the switch.
• Current transformers are normally designed with multi‑ratio taps: 50‑100‑150/5A, 100‑200‑300/5A or 200‑400‑600/5A. Other ratios can be customized according to customer load conditions. Protection class: 10P10; measurement & metering accuracy class: 0.2S, 0.2, 0.5.

With the development of smart grid, conventional switches require continuous function upgrading. This switch meets such demands: reclose controller can be added for automatic reclosing. Electronic PT can be equipped; battery is charged from CT secondary, enabling multiple energy‑storage & closing/opening operations under power‑loss condition and supplying working voltage for external devices.

Built‑in metering CT & PT support remote prepayment function. Zero‑sequence current transformer can be added for earth‑fault protection with sectionalizing controller. Simple remote controller is optional for local remote control at pole bottom.

• Optional isolating switch Reliable mechanical interlock is realized between single‑side / double‑side isolating switch and circuit breaker. Isolating switch cannot be operated when circuit breaker is in closed position. Housing material: stainless steel or ordinary carbon steel.
• Operating Mechanism Equipped with CT23 spring mechanism for manual and electric operation. Inrush‑current controller (2‑phase or 3‑phase, subject to CT quantity) is installed inside to realize overload, short‑circuit and instantaneous trip protection. Current setting value and delay time are adjustable.
